Willow Brook by Day is an onsite adult day program located at Willow Brook Christian Village. It is designed to give older adults experiencing losses in their physical or cognitive abilities the attention, socialization, stimulation, and support they need during the day. It also provides a respite for at-home caregivers.

Willow Brook by Day helps families avoid the isolation that comes with a loved one being homebound and replaces that with a dynamic day filled with conversation, laughter, and fun.

Nurses, social workers, activity professionals, and personal care staff provide excellent services, giving you:

Cost

There is a daily fee for service but financial aid may be available for those who are unable to afford it. Our social worker will be happy to answer your questions.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Door-to-door transportation is available through the Delaware County Transit bus system and SourcePoint. Buses accommodate wheelchairs and assistive devices.
