A closely-knit community with a sense of mission? Neighbors who share your Christian values? Assured access to health care as you age? Quality? If these reasons resonate with you, then it’s time to look at a Willow Brook Christian Community.
We are a Community
Willow Brook Christian Communities is residents, staff, and volunteers living, working, and playing together. We are nurses, teachers, attorneys, housekeepers, corporate leaders and cooks. We spend our days learning, creating, laughing and praying together. We are talented, hardworking, smart, and sometimes quite silly. We love one another and are grateful for the lives we lead. We share a soul. And we hope you get that sense of us in these electronic pages.
We creatively design our homes, services, and programs to optimize health, independence, and quality of life. We support your desire to remain independent by offering services ranging from housekeeping, laundry, and personal assistance to free transportation in the cutest bus in town. It can take you to doctor appointments, shopping, or out to lunch. We will not encourage you to go into another, more costly level of care as long as you are safe where you are.
Our reputation for quality of care is confirmed by those who evaluate us:
We live our mission, which is:
In the spirit of Jesus, our Lord, Willow Brook Christian Communities seeks to enable older adults to live to their fullest potential by providing housing, facilities, and services delivered with compassion and love. “Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.” Galatians 6:10.
As a leading provider of not-for-profit Christian aging care, Willow Brook maintains a strong, mission-based approach. Willow Brook staffers are understanding partners along life’s journey, and chaplains ensure that spiritual needs are met. We also encourage local churches to hold services for their members on our campuses.
Willow Brook operates three communities in the suburbs just north of Columbus, Ohio, in Worthington and Delaware. Each community offers a range of health care services, outstanding dining options and a multitude of social opportunities. People at Willow Brook have stories to tell, families to cherish, and retirements to enjoy. We provide independent retirement, transitional and assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, and adult day services:
