Willow Brook at Delaware Run is home to an engaging group of residents who enjoy their comfortable retirement while making friends for life.
As you enter our community, the winding drive takes you past a picturesque stream, bridges and trees, and leads to lovely homes.
You will enjoy worry-free independent living in one-, two-, or three-bedroom twin single homes or apartments at the Village Square. If you need more services, we offer transitional living, assisted living and memory care. A Christian community, Willow Brook welcomes people of all faiths and none.

What we offer

Delaware Run offers transitional living apartments for those who want to maintain their independence but may require some daytime assistance. Our independent living community is bustling with social activities, clubs and outings, yet you can always relax in privacy of your beautiful home or apartment.

Memory care serves those with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our assisted living services provide the right mix of independence and access to healthcare and personal services. We also have a doctor’s office and outpatient therapy office on site at Delaware Run.

Convenience and Choices

Just a mile from downtown Delaware, Ohio, Delaware Run is close to university entertainment and classes, golf and shopping. A free shuttle service connects residents of our two Delaware campuses to each other, to restaurants and activities, or to doctor appointments all over town.

Dine by the lake at our Water’s Edge restaurant and order off a menu that is varied and changing. Vegetarian choices are offered, and we’re happy to accommodate special diets. The Water’s Edge is open to the public, and Sunday brunch is very popular. You also can choose to dine in Café 100, which provides bistro services 12 hours per day.

We continue to refresh and expand our offerings to serve our residents. Check out our art studio, library, billiards room, model train room and activity lounges, where friends gather for conversation and fun.
