Willow Brook seeks a Renovation Project Manager (RPM) to overseeing the renovation of residential homes, apartments, and healthcare room renovations on the Willow Brook Christian Village Campus. In this full-time position with flexible hours, the RPM will coordinate all aspects of these projects, from planning and design, to construction, quality oversight, and completion to meet essential project timelines. The RPM must be able to effectively manage maintenance/renovation staff and/or multiple contractors and subcontractors at once, while actively participating in the renovation tasks. This will require strong leadership skills, construction knowledge, and an understanding of how each party’s role affects the overall project success. Quality and code compliance inspections will also be a key component of this role.
Qualified applicants will have completed technical training in construction management, construction engineering, and/or experience in construction/renovation management. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering may be a plus, and OSHA safety certification. Must have previous successful, verifiable construction management experience and construction skills, excellent communication/negotiation skills, be highly organized, outstanding time management skills, budgeting skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings, and exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
