Willow Brook Village is seeking a part-time RN for the position of Infection Preventionist. This position offers some schedule flexibility working 16 hours per week from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. (2 set weekdays, Wed and Thurs at present) in this smaller 34-bed care center.
Infection prevention certification preferred. Additional duties include restorative responsibilities, insurance medical record audits, chart and lab audits, and completing competencies.

Applicants must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing as a registered nurse and be currently registered with the Ohio Board of Nursing. Optimal candidates should have demonstrated success with MDS, and Medicare reimbursement. Excellent writing and communication skills and advanced preparation in geriatrics is highly preferred. Long term care experience in SNF or AL required.
