Willow Brook Home, a highly-rated senior living community is seeking a maintenance professional for our Columbus/Worthington campus. This small, well-kept community located at 55 Lazelle Road, seeks a trustworthy, experienced maintenance professional who will perform routine maintenance tasks and maintain the high-quality and welcoming environment Willow Brook is known for. Maintenance professional will work regularly scheduled hours working Monday through Friday (8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Tasks of this position may include painting, performing basic plumbing, electrical, lifting and removing furniture, preparing rooms for move-in, assisting with snow removal and surface preparation, completing maintenance requests submitted by residents and staff, ensuring cleanliness of building exteriors, and assisting with any other maintenance needs. Qualified applicants should have proven (references required) maintenance employment experience, the ability to organize and complete tasks in a neat and efficient manner, the ability to lift and move furniture and other objects, and good communication skills.
