The Water’s Edge Restaurant at Willow Brook at Delaware Run seeks a full-time Lead Server. Primary role will be working as a restaurant server. She or he will seat guests, provide beverage support, maintain dining area cleanliness and menu order, maintain dining atmosphere (lights, music, etc.), and most importantly, act as an active server showing graciousness with a heart for the residents. The lead server is responsible for assuring quality customer service and will assume the responsibilities of the Dining Room Supervisor in her or his absence. Also will assist in mentoring and training other servers. Varying hours with some evenings and weekends required.
