Human Resources Assistant – Full-time – Willow Brook Christian Communities – Delaware, Ohio
Willow Brook seeks a full-time HR Assistant to provide daily administrative support and to complete new hire processes with newly–hired employees. This individual will assist with onboarding new employees, including pre-employment testing and specimen collection, detailed and accurate data entry in HR and timekeeping systems, document and packet preparation, filing and file auditing, spreadsheet record maintenance, and performing a variety of administrative duties/support for the HR Director and team.
Qualifications include the ability to work well with others with a spirit of quality service, high aptitude and accuracy in database entries such as HR systems, Office, Outlook, and ability to learn quickly new programs and processes. Experience in Paycor and Kronos is highly preferred. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, friendly demeanor with all, and the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Frequent travel between Delaware and Columbus area campuses required.
An Associate’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred but not required if relevant previous work experience. Qualified candidates should apply at the link listed below.
