Willow Brook Christian Services is excited to announce a newly created leadership opportunity: Regional Director of Sales and Operations. This pivotal role will oversee sales performance and operational excellence across multiple senior living communities in central Ohio.

About the Role

As Regional Director, you will:

• Lead and support Executive Directors and Directors of Sales and Marketing across campuses.
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth through strategic sales leadership and operational oversight.
• Provide hands-on coaching, training, and mentorship to community teams.
• Ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently and in alignment with Willow Brook’s mission and values.
• Step in to manage community operations directly when needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic, mission-driven leader with:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Deep knowledge of independent and assisted living options, including admissions and income qualification processes.
• A flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in CRM and PCC systems.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and decision-making abilities.
• A proven track record of successful sales leadership.
• Bonus Skills:  Experience in residential management or real estate is highly valued.
