The maintenance team at Willow Brook Christian Village is seeking an experienced maintenance professional for a full-time assistant maintenance director position. This qualified individual will perform hands-on maintenance tasks while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary environment for our residents.
Tasks of this position may include (but are not limited to) performing basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry duties, lifting and removing furniture, preparing homes for move-in, assisting with snow removal and surface preparation, completing maintenance requests submitted by residents, and assisting residents with any other maintenance needs.
Qualified applicants should have proven (references required) maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, and/or carpentry), the ability to organize and complete tasks in a neat and efficient manner, the ability to lift and move furniture and other objects, the ability to work without close supervision, and excellent communication skills. The ability to operate a skid steer loader (Bob Cat) and a CDL license are a plus in consideration of applicants. As with all Willow Brook positions, a criminal background check, work physical, and drug screening will be conducted.
