8 Frequently Asked Questions
1. What services does Willow Brook offer?
Between our three Willow Brook campuses, we offer independent living, assisted living, transitional living, memory care, adult day care, skilled nursing care, short and long-term rehabilitation, and respite.
2. Can I downsize to a retirement community and still maintain my independence?
Absolutely. Particularly in our twin-single homes and independent living apartments, you have the ability to set your own schedule, come and go as you wish, sleep in, go on vacation, cook (or not!), and be as active as you want to be. Some residents still work, and many are actively involved in volunteering.
3. Is Willow Brook considered a CCRC or Life Plan Community?
Yes. A CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community), or life plan community, has amenities and services to support and nurture you throughout your retirement and healthcare journey. If you should need a higher level of care, you are able to stay at Willow Brook.
4. What if I am not sure what level of care is needed?
Resident care is our top priority. Our professional staff will talk with you one-on-one about your activity level, mobility, health issues, and any other current concerns. Our nurse will also conduct a wellness assessment to determine any care needs.
