Willow Brook by Day is an adult day program from Willow Brook Christian Communities, Delaware, Ohio’s premier provider of health and housing services for older adults. It is designed to safely give elderly, chronically ill, and disabled adults the daytime attention, socialization, stimulation and support they need, while allowing them to return to their homes at the end of the day.

We celebrate the the unique individual who dwells inside a body that may not be quite strong enough for everything that is asked of it.

Willow Brook by Day helps families avoid the isolation that comes with a loved one being homebound and replaces that with a dynamic day filled with conversation, laughter, and fun.

Nurses, social workers, activity professionals and personal care staff provide personal attention, giving you:

• Peace of mind knowing that your loved one is being cared for while you are at work, home or in the community
• An affordable option for care
• Skilled and caring staff partners who will help keep your family member connected and active

The hours are 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, and door-to-door transportation services are available through a special program of the Delaware Area Transit Authority (DATA) bus system and SourcePoint. The buses accommodate wheelchairs and assistive devices.
