Willow Brook is currently seeking a full-time scheduling coordinator to maintain efficient nursing and nurse aide staff scheduling and staff coverage for our small skilled care center (34 bed unit) and Assisted Living/Memory care areas at Willow Brook Village in Delaware.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and successful nurse aide experience (current CNA certification highly preferred or ability to obtain). Those applying should have a heart for service and a proven positive attitude to assist others in succeeding in their job roles. Must be customer-service oriented when engaging with both staff and residents. High level of organizational and multi-tasking skills required. Must be computer proficient and possess the ability to use technology and adapt to new technology in scheduling and in staff communication. Must be able to work with patience, tact, and professionalism when experiencing time constraints. Will also perform other staff training and administrative duties as directed, and will serve as a nurse aide and nurse aide trainer/mentor as a key responsibility in the position. The selected individual must consistently act as an example of quality caregiving and positivity to unit staff. UKG timekeeping software and scheduling experience a big plus.
