Willow Brook Village is seeking a part-time RN for the position of Cherith Compliance/Staff Nurse. This position offers some schedule flexibility working 16 hours per week in compliance, from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. (2 set weekdays) and every other weekend as a staff nurse 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in this smaller 34-bed care center.
Infection prevention certification preferred. Additional duties include restorative responsibilities, insurance medical record audits, chart and lab audits, and completing competencies in Cherith Skilled Care Center, Passages Memory Care and Centrum Assisted Living. This nurse will also assist floor nurses with admissions in the small 34-bed Cherith Care Center.

Applicants must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing as a registered nurse and be currently registered with the Ohio Board of Nursing. Optimal candidates should have demonstrated success with MDS, and Medicare reimbursement. Excellent writing and communication skills and advanced preparation in geriatrics is highly preferred. Long term care experience in SNF or AL required.
