Transitional Living is a unique opportunity for the step between independent living and assisted living. Residents who choose Transitional Living will pay a non-refundable deposit and a Monthly Fee to cover all services and amenities listed above, while also having access to licensed care staff for 12 hours per day. LIFE AT WILLOW BROOK RUN

Willow Brook Run is designed for active residents and features walking paths, a library, billiards room, resident gardening plots, craft space, chapel, and activity lounges where friends gather for conversation and fun. We are close to university, downtown Delaware and all it has to offer, entertainment, golf, and shopping. There is even a free shuttle service that connects residents of our two Delaware campuses. Enjoy waterfront dining at our Water’s Edge restaurant and order from a seasonal menu. Or grab a quick bite at Café 100, which offers convenient bistro-style meals 12 hours a day.
