Life Plan communities like Willow Brook Run require an up-front entrance fee and an ongoing monthly fee for independent living, which include all of the amenities and services above and more. Residents choose a Life Plan community because they appreciate the peace of mind that comes from knowing care and support are available when needed. Payment of the entrance fee is usually made from the proceeds of a home sale or the liquidation of other assets.
