Willow Brook is delighted to introduce Troy McKnight, our new Chief Executive Officer. Troy comes to us from Christian Care Communities and Services, a faith-based senior living not-for-profit in Fort Worth, Texas, where he served as executive director. Troy and his wife Lindsey are parents to Ella (18), Cason (10), and Everly (8). Their family also includes Mac, a four-year-old Yellow Labrador Retriever.
In the past month, Troy has been getting to know Willow Brook staff and residents at all three campuses in Delaware and North Columbus. “What I have noticed right out of the gate is the dedication of our staff. They are 100 percent committed to Willow Brook and its success. I really believe for a team to be the best, they have to be servant-minded, and we have servant leadership in spades,” McKnight said.
Troy will divide his time between all three Willow Brook campuses with regular working hours at each location.
“Leading Willow Brook is the result of prayer and a lot of quiet time listening to that still, small voice,” says McKnight. “I am beyond excited to be here and to be a part of the Willow Brook community. This is a new era for Willow Brook, which I do not take lightly. I am ready to take the reins, and with my teammates, move Willow Brook forward.”
