Delaware, Ohio – April 16, 2018
More than 93 percent of residents of The Centrum, the assisted living facility at Willow Brook Christian Village, are very satisfied with the care they receive, according to the Ohio Department of Aging, compared to a statewide overall resident satisfaction score of 85 percent.
“Our residents in The Centrum expect exceptional healthcare, but the whole living experience is most important to folks,” said Susie Fleak, Centrum Assisted Living Manager. “This survey helps us to continue providing the best quality of life for the people we serve. It reinforces our daily efforts, and we appreciate the feedback.”
Residents rated their satisfaction with the environment, caregivers, move-in experience, facility culture, meals, care and services. The Ohio Department of Aging and the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman conduct a biennial satisfaction survey of residents in long-term care facilities to measure satisfaction with their quality of care and quality of life.
