Nurse Manager

Willow Brook Run is seeking a caring, quality-driven Nurse Manager (RN/LPN) to lead nursing services in our highly regarded Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We are looking for a nurse leader who not only brings clinical expertise, but who genuinely cares deeply about enriching the lives of older adults and fostering a culture of dignity, respect, and excellence in care.

Position Summary

The Nurse Manager plays a vital leadership role in ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. This individual will plan, coordinate, and direct all nursing services while guiding and supporting a team committed to compassionate caregiving.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care that enhances resident well-being
• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary partners, including:
  • Physicians and medical directors
  • Discharge planners
  • Consulting pharmacists
  • Therapists
  • Culinary team
• Champion continuous improvement by implementing best practices and thoughtful care solutions
• Develop and enhance nursing policies, procedures, and staff education
• Support prospective residents and families through the admissions process

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN or LPN)
• Current, active license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of Ohio Department of Health (ODH) regulations
• Excellent communication skills with a heart for service

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in geriatrics or long-term care
• Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, positivity, and professionalism
