The healthcare care centers at Willow Brook Christian Village recently received perfect annual inspections from the Ohio Department of Health. The surveyors arrived unannounced, and all areas were reviewed for compliance.
Ohio Department of Health officials inspected resident medical records, reviewed policies, interviewed staff on emergency procedures and inspected the kitchen and laundry. Surveyors also interviewed residents regarding their satisfaction with care and services.
“I am very proud of our staff at Cherith Care Center and Centrum/Passages Assisted Living,” said Nicole Ketron, executive director of Delaware Christian Village. “Once again, every department has shown its commitment to excellence. We are also grateful to the families and residents who allowed the survey team to interview them.”
