The Water's Edge Restaurant at Willow Brook at Delaware Run seeks two full-time line cooks to assist the chef/production cooks in lunch/dinner production for 40 per week. The line cook will be responsible for setting up the line prior to meal service, preparing food according to recipes and focusing on plate presentation and portion and diet instructions. Responsible for proper storage of all items used on the line including breakdown, labeling, cleaning and maintaining kitchen sanitary conditions. Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is essential for qualified applicants. Two postions available, with shifts listed below.
