The Water's Edge Restaurant at Willow Brook seeks a full-time line cook to assist the chef /production cooks in lunch/supper production for 40 hours per week. Hours are 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. three weekdays per week and weekends from 10:45 a.m. to 7 p.m. The line cook will be responsible for setting up the line prior to meal service, preparing food according to recipes and focusing on plate presentation and portion and diet instructions. Responsible for proper storage of all items used on the line including breakdown, labeling, cleaning and maintaining kitchen sanitary conditions. Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is essential for qualified applicants.
