Due to our growing culinary needs, the Courtyard Restaurant at Willow Brook Village seeks a full-time, line cook for a newly created position focusing on cold side prep/production.
Line cook will closely assist the chef/production cooks in lunch and evening meal production, including setting up the line prior to meal service, and preparing food according to recipes. Line cook will focus on appealing plate presentation along with portion and diet instructions. Also will be responsible for proper storage of all items used on the line including breakdown, labeling, cleaning and maintaining kitchen sanitary conditions. High volume restaurant experience is a plus. A positive attitude and an ability to work in a team setting is also essential with two to three years’ experience preferred.
Our restaurants provide fixed, consistent hours, in an appealing setting working with a seasoned and educated culinary team, and opportunities for career advancement. Setting includes a beautiful dining room for special events and fine dining experiences, a well-appointed kitchen, and features, a resident favorite, our outdoor woodfire pizza oven.
No late evenings or nights. Hours are 10:45 a.m. to 7 p.m., working four set weekdays and every other weekend. Additional weekend premium of an $3.00 per hour!
