Willow Brook Run is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Services Associate to support the daily operations of our Assisted Living Care Center. This role is essential in maintaining the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents by ensuring their personal items and linens are cared for with the utmost attention and respect.

Position Overview

This part-time position consists of four daytime shifts per week (8 hours per shift), including a rotating schedule every other weekend working 6:45 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The individual in this role plays a vital part in our community by ensuring that all laundry—including linens and residents’ personal clothing—is cleaned thoroughly, treated appropriately, and returned in excellent condition. Each item must be carefully handled, properly labeled, neatly folded, and delivered to the correct location.

In addition to laundry care, this role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment that reflects the high standards of Willow Brook.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all laundry is cleaned, stain-treated, and handled with care
• Accurately label and organize residents’ personal clothing
• Fold and deliver laundry in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all laundry areas
• Adhere to established procedures for fabric care and safety standards

Qualifications

• Basic communication skills and the ability to follow directions
• Working knowledge of proper washing and drying techniques for various fabrics
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, including walking, bending, and lifting light to heavy items
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Previous laundry or similar experience is preferred
