The Courtyard Restaurant at Willow Brook seeks an experienced production cook for a rare full-time, dayshift position. Production cook will prepare contemporary American cuisine. Candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow standardized recipes with emphasis on quality plate presentation. Applicants must be passionate about the culinary field with an emphasis on creativity and high-quality results in a scratch made kitchen that is “Team” driven!! High volume restaurant experience is preferred.
This is a sought-after work environment, promoting team input and individual creativity in meal preparation. Full-time hours working every other weekend from 7a-3p and 4 regularly scheduled weekdays (80 hours per two week pay period).
