We are currently seeking a full-time experienced administrative assistant to provide daily administration support in the human resources office.
This individual will be responsible for answering and connecting incoming calls and providing information to employees or outside inquiries. The Administrative Assistant will also perform a variety of administrative duties/support including accurate data entry, file organizing/auditing, log maintenance, correspondence preparation, packet preparation, etc. Qualifications include excellent communication skills, the ability to perform the job duties in a courteous, patient and dependable manner, the ability to maintain a positive public image to staff, prospective employees, and visitors, and the ability to effectively multi-task duties with accuracy and efficiency.
Associate's degree preferred with 2-3 yrs. verifiable and successful administrative assistance experience, preferably in human resources, business, or a related field. Must be proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Willow Brook offers a positive work environment with excellent benefits and compensation.
