The Water's Edge Restaurant at Willow Brook at Delaware Run seeks a full-time experienced production cook to prepare contemporary American cuisine. Candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow standardized recipes with emphasis on quality plate presentation. Applicants must have the ability to prepare and execute production lists and display professionalism/sanitation skills. A minimum of two years experience in a high volume restaurant is preferred. Work hours are 40 hours per week working 12:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. some weekdays and weekends.
