The Water’s Edge Restaurant at Willow Brook is seeking a line cook for a full-time position. Flexible hours working morning or evening shifts from either 6:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 12:45 p.m. to 9 p.m. with some weekends.

Line cooks assist the chef /production cook in evening meal production, setting up the line prior to meal service, preparing food according to recipes. Line cook will focus on plate presentation and portion and diet instructions. The line cook will be responsible for proper storage of all items used on the line including breakdown, labeling, cleaning and maintaining kitchen sanitary conditions. Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is essential for qualified applicants. A positive attitude and an ability to work in a team setting is also crucial.
