Willow Brook Christian Communities is seeking caring and dependable Resident Companions/Home Helpers to support our independent living residents at our Delaware campuses.
In this role, you’ll build meaningful connections while assisting residents with everyday activities such as light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, walks, running errands, medication reminders, and occasional transportation using a Willow Brook shuttle.
This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking for 10+ hours per week with a flexible weekday schedule. Previous experience working with seniors is a plus, but a compassionate heart and desire to serve are most important.
