Willow Brook Village is currently seeking a part-time laundry staff member. Positions hours are working second shift from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat (off every Wednesday & Sunday) totally 30 hours per week including every other holiday. The laundry employee ensures that all laundry (linens, personal clothing, etc.) will be clean, as stain free as possible, and marked with the resident’s name. Neatly folding, laundry delivery, and placing laundry in proper storage areas are other duties of this position. The laundry employee should also ensure that the work area stays neat and clean.
Job qualifications include basic communication skills and knowledge of proper washing and drying of fabrics; ability to work most of the time standing and walking; ability to bend and pick up laundry and supplies of light to heavy weight; ability to work without close supervision; and must be able to perform basic arithmetic. Other duties as needed. Previous similar work experience is highly desired
