Come join us on Tuesdays at 9 a.m.
Just before coffee hour in the Terrace room at The Village! It’s slow paced, helps with balance, relaxes your mind, body and spirit . Tai Chi is now known as one of the most effective exercises for physical and mental well being.

Today, Tai Chi is practiced throughout the world for its many health benefits. Tai Chi strengthens and mobilizes joints and muscles, improving physical fitness and mental relaxation. It is especially suitable as a therapy for arthritis because its movements are slow and gentle, and the level of exertion can be adjusted to suit each person’s physical condition.
