Entrance Fee
A one-time entrance fee is assessed. Here's how it works…
• When you select your apartment, you will pay a refundable deposit of ten percent of the entrance fee and you will complete and sign an Independent-Living Reservation with 10% Deposit . Should you change your mind, the full deposit is completely refundable up to the day you move in.
• Complete these forms and submit them with your ten percent deposit:
• Financial Information form
• Personal Data sheet
• After you are approved for residency and before you actually move in, you will complete and sign a Residency Agreement .
• You have 90 days from when your apartment is ready for occupancy to move into your Village Square apartment. After 90 days, even if you have not moved in, we will ask that you begin paying the monthly service fee and your apartment will be held for up to 120 additional days. If you have not moved into your apartment after that 120-day period, Willow Brook will refund your deposit (but not the monthly service fees).
• Within 30 days prior to your move-in date, we will help you arrange for a health assessment by a Willow Brook staff nurse.
• The remaining 90 percent balance of your entrance fee is due the day you move into your Willow Brook apartment.
• The entrance fee is 75 percent refundable to you or your estate after you permanently move out of all Willow Brook facilities (including the healthcare centers) and your Village Square Apartment is reoccupied by another resident.

The monthly fee includes the following…

• Cable TV (Time Warner Standard Service – 70 channels)

• $190 credit per month per occupant in the Water's Edge Restaurant, or the Courtyard at Willow Brook Christian Village
• Building insurance
• Monthly housekeeping
• Snow removal
• 24-hour emergency call
• Landscape/lawn care
• Use of the campus center and all common areas
• Monthly appointment in the Health and Wellness Clinic
• Priority entrance into all Willow Brook healthcare centers
• Storage cage
• Group transportation
• Group activities
*The second occupant fee may be waived month to month if you are away for a full calendar month (for example, if you go to Florida for the winter). The second occupant fee will be assessed for partial months you occupy your Village Square apartment
**These fees assume that the Village Square Apartments will be exempt from property taxes. If, in fact, exemption is not granted by the state of Ohio , an allocation for taxes will be added to the monthly fee.
You may dine at either The Courtyard Restaurant at our first Village, or The Water's Edge Restaurant at Delaware Run and use your meal card at either location.
