Willow Brook Christian Village
Willow Brook Christian Village is ready to make your life a little
easier. Nestled on a beautiful wooded campus on the south side of Delaware, Ohio,
this community is waiting for you. Your spacious and gracious accommodations include
relaxed dining, beauty salon, banking services, a healthcare center, library, and much more.

The private road that winds its way from West William Street on the western edge of Delaware is the site of 52 twin-single homes, the Village Square apartments, and a healthcare center. Many of the homes are silhouetted against a lush, green backdrop of trees. Some are perched on the edge of a hill overlooking Delaware Run; others have views of the lake or pond. The apartments, with patios or terraces in every home, rise from the shores of our natural pond. A single-story healthcare center designed as the home of older adults who need more care than they can get alone at home is right on site. Many seniors have chosed Willow Brook because one spouse can live independently while being right next door to the other who has disabilities or a memory disorder. They can be together every day but each get a good night's sleep with the knowledge that all is well with the loved one.
No matter where your home is situated, the view is lovely, and all the homes are designed to complement your active and independent lifestyle. Your twin or your apartment is your home. You furnish it, you decorate it, and you make it yours with the possesions you have treasured over your lifetime.
Many floor plans are available at both The Village and Delaware Run, some with basements, some without. They provide many options and features, including number of bedrooms and baths, a full-size kitchen and laundry, one or two car attached garages, an open yard with a private patio or deck, and 24-hour emergency call features. Each campus has a village square or commons area within easy walking or biking distance, and its many features are available to all Village residents.
